wow, what a hotel!

i loved how friendly everyone was. the restaurant and bar were top notch. its location rocks because it's quiet but super close to all the shops. the hotel feels so special, not like those boring chain places, it feels boutique.
parking was a problem. i was told id get a discount, but it didn't work. i ended up paying way more, it really bummed me out.

the restaurant serves a great breakfast with a selection of pastries and fresh fruit, it includes hot options like scrambled eggs. dinner offers several options like steak and seafood dishes. the bar makes awesome cocktails with a variety of spirits.

the location is super central and close to shopping areas and public transport, i noticed you could quickly walk to shops and restaurants. it's also only about 20 minutes from the airport by taxi. many attractions are easily accessible.

the rooftop pool had heated water and offers city views, i spotted some loungers around the pool area. the gym includes cardio machines and free weights, it has treadmills and elliptical trainers. there's also a steam room.

Surprise Find!

I found the staff very friendly and efficient at check-in. The room pictures online do not do the accommodations justice. I found my room perfect, and the bathroom also excellent. There were balloons and rose petals upon entering as I requested, with an extra decorated plate with brownies and icing.
The music was very loud on the Saturday night. I was in my room and could hear the music playing well into the early morning. The balcony was directly above my room, and it was quite disappointing for a relaxing stay.

The suite was spacious with super comfy beds and lovely furniture. I found excellent decoration, with gowns, slippers, and a well-stocked minibar. The coffee maker was great too. The bathroom also featured Espa products, a freestanding tub, and a rainfall shower.

The reception staff stored our luggage before check-in. Our luggage was later delivered to our room, a lovely touch. The bathroom featured beautiful Espa products plus a rainfall shower.
The room's air conditioning struggled to maintain a consistent temperature.
